We’re Always There
If a KJB alarm is triggered it will alert one of our Alarm Monitoring Centres. Once the alarm is confirmed (we filter out false alarms), we will contact you, your nominated keyholders and/or the emergency services. The monitoring option you choose with your home alarm system determines who we contact in case of an emergency.

Routine maintenance of your alarm is included in any agreed monthly charge.
KJB is committed to responding within 4 hours if there is a fault that prevents you from using your alarm. Remote repairs by our specialist online technical team means we can usually fix 70% of faults without the need and disruption of calling out an engineer.
Where a fault cannot be fixed remotely, the online technical team will diagnose the problem which means that when our engineer arrives, he is more likely to resolve the problem there and then.
KJB central systems regularly check that your alarm is working, checking not only your alarm but the phone connections as well to ensure that everything is fully operational and has not been tampered with.
